Resizing (Bad Quality)
ONE. Heres the image I'm going to start with :
TWO. Now go to Image >> resize or click Shift & s.
THREE. A box like this should pop up :
Set it to the size you would like the image to be & click ok. Note. once you change the width the height will automaticly change or when you change height the width will automaticly change.
FOUR. Then your done, heres my finished image :
