Cropping
ONE. Firstly, open your image up in Paint shop pro, heres the image I'm going to use :
TWO. Now click on the crop tool at the side, it looks like this :
THREE. At the top this should be there :
if you want a certian size just type it there.
FOUR. More the blue square thing around so it fit's where you want it to go :
FIVE. Now just click the tick
& your done! Heres my finished image :
