Adding Borders
ONE. In this tutorial, I'm going to add a 3px to this picture :
On your image you don't have to add a 3px border, this tutorial just shows that you can add a border on top of a border.
TWO. Now you have your image in PSP,go to Image >> Add borders.
THREE. Set the setting to how ever you want, Heres my settings :
FOUR. Now repeat step 2, and settings to however you want. These are my settings :
FIVE. Then your done, heres my end image :
