Uploading files
Trasfering / Uploading files onto your domain/sub-domain is easy using Smart FTP.ONE. Create your page using notepad or whatever program you use.
TWO. Now, open up smart FTP and on the left thats your site files and on your right thats your computer files.
THREE. Select the file you want to trasfer and click the arrow that looks like this
.FOUR. the file should automatically transfer to your site files, if it doesn't click the refresh button
FIVE. To transfer the file back [Downloading] select the file and click
