ONE. This css and HTML code it effective when it is used properly, It looks best with 'edits' in blog or for terms & conditions for graphics ECT>.TWO. This is the simple code you need to put in your CSS, edit it however you want to match your layout
THREE. Where it says 'background-color: #ffffff;' this is the colour of the background, change '#ffffff' to change the background colour.
Where it says 'border-left: 2px solid #000000;' this is the border at the left change '#000000' to change the colour of it.
Where it says 'width: 200px;' this is the width of the blockquote box. Change '200px' to change the width
